• Promote actions to achieve actual reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.

• Work with the community and governments, in particular the Melville City Council, to create the political will to seriously address climate change.

• Provide information for people to reduce their own greenhouse gas emissions.

• Facilitate a network throughout the City of Melville to build momentum for strong action on climate change.

• Keep ourselves and the network up to date on the science of climate change.​
